Returns and Refund Policy

30 Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Grip socks and personal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@mypilatesperformer.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, for reformers, arrange a collection.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Reformer Returns

For reformer returns, we will arrange collection from your address. Please ensure the reformer is disassembled and in its original packaging. Collection is free of charge within mainland UK.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them for any reason.
