Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Warranty

All reformers come with 30 day returns against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the frame, springs, carriage, and upholstery. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

My Pilates Performer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
